Shop Hours

I live in Massachusetts (Eastern US Time Zone) and I have found that I need to step away from the computer/email from time to time so I don’t get burned out and decide to stop making bags. If you send me an email or convo after 6pm, on a U.S. holiday or on a Sunday, please don’t be upset if you don’t hear back from me until the next business day.

Payment Policy

Paypal is my favorite way of online payment.  It’s fast, it’s easy and best of all, if you use Paypal to pay for your item, you receive it super fast!

If you would like to use a credit card during checkout, you may do so! Just click the credit card option while filling out your payment information.

If you do not like to pay with Paypal or a Credit Card through my cart, I suggest you contact me. I can set up an email invoice that can be paid on a secure site with MC/Visa/Amex or Discover.

Shipping Policy

If this is a domestic order, your item will be shipped using First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation within seven business days of receiving payment. Thank you!

International (including Canada) orders will be shipped via First Class Mail.  I feel International Priority Mail is too expensive and, unfortunately, does not offer reliable tracking.  However, if you wish to pay for International Priority, I am happy to send it that way.  Please convo me prior to paying for your order and I will adjust it accordingly.

If you wish your international order to be tracked outside of the US, the USPS offers Global Express Guaranteed service.  For one bag, I will charge you the cost with no markup.  If you wish to have your bag shipped this way, please convo me and I will put up a reserved listing for your bag with the current shipping cost.

Also, please note that every package that goes out has tracking. Your package is scanned into the USPS system when it is picked up at my house. I will do everything in my power to get your package to you in a timely manner but I am not responsible for your package once it leaves my hands and is scanned into the USPS system. I’m sorry I had to add this to my policies and I hope my customers will understand. That being said, if you would like insurance added to your First Class package, please let me know!

Return Policy

Please note that I take care to have fabric colors represented correctly in bag photos. However, the fabric pattern print location on the bag that ships to you can and will vary from the photos. That being said, I hope that every item that is purchased from my shop is received with much happiness!  Unfortunately, due to recent abuses of it, I have to change my generous return policy to all sales are final unless your bag arrives with a defect that was not caused by a shipping mishap (in other words, there is something wrong with the sewing/construction of the bag).  Keep in mind, I have been making and selling bags since August 2008 and I have never had anyone complain about a bag not being put together well or return a bag for a construction issue. You can review my Etsy feedback on this page.

Please note, I try to photograph everything with as much accuracy as possible.  If you have a question about color or print location, please convo me prior to purchase.  

Also please reference ‘shipping policies’ with regards to shipping via USPS. Every package is tracked and I cannot be responsible for the USPS.

Additional Policies

If you have some fabric that you’d love to be made into a bag please convo me and we’ll discuss it!  Unfortunately at this time I am unable to make requests for items that are not current designs (for example, I do not make needle cases or messenger bags). Thanks for understanding!
